Mental Fitness and Resiliency Inventory
The Mental Fitness and Resiliency Inventory (MFRI) assesses essential relationship conditions related to positive workplace environments that contribute to engagement, performance and psychological wellness. This instrument is completed by employees in less than 10 minutes and provides outcomes for eight sub-scales related to positive workplace relationships and resiliency practices. Open-ended questions may also be included with the MFRI to facilitate employee sharing of suggested strategies for enhancing workplace climate.
